HOSTEL REGULATION
1.Reception operates from 8:00 a.m. at 11:00 p.m. (Throughout the night there is a night manager who can be directed if necessary).
2.At 10:00 p.m. common area doors (kitchen and dining room) are closed. Guests in that area can enter with the key they have.
3. There is free WIFI for customers in all rooms. The password is provided upon check-in at the reception.
4. CHECK IN arrival time is after 2:30 p.m.
5. CHECK OUT departure time is before 12:00 h. We do not have late check out, departures after the established time entails the payment of 1 additional night.
6. According to the anti-smoking law it is totally forbidden to SMOKE inside the rooms and common areas of the establishment.
7. The room cleaning hours will be from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., the rooms that do not request the service will not be cleaned. The change of sheets will be made every three days and towels every day.
8.The establishment does NOT have a safe or custody of objects. The company is not responsible for valuables left in the room.
9. There is a public PARKING next to the establishment. Pata de Perro Hostel is not responsible for the theft or theft of vehicles or valuables left inside it or for penalties caused. The person who parks the vehicle does so at their own risk.
10.The establishment does NOT offer a laundry service.
11.For security reasons it is not allowed the access of unregistered persons to the rooms of the guests or to the interior of the enclosure, except in the areas enabled for it by the company.
12. The client must carry with them the room KEY, the loss of the key implies an additional charge of $ 150.00 pesos that will be charged as an extra on the final bill of the client.
13.The reception has an iron, hairdryer.
14. A minor between 0 and 5 years old can stay for free with their parents in the same room.
15.It is mandatory to fill in the registration form of arrival at the establishment and provide all the information requested therein.
16. The hostel only accepts cash payments in Mexican pesos. Payments can be made by credit or debit card by applying a 3.6% commission plus taxes.
17. The client is obliged to pay his service bill and extras before making the Check-out, including in any case VAT in all prices.
18. Any damage or damage to the facilities, furniture or utensils caused by misuse by the guest will be charged to the customer on the credit card provided for this purpose.
19.For the common good and the rest of all, silence is appreciated, and clients are asked for a schedule of respect between 00: 00h and 08: 00h.
CANCELLATION POLICY
-Hostal & Suites Pata de Perro requests 100% deposit for stays of one and two nights. Direct Booking (via mail or telephone)
-For reservations of three nights onwards we request 50% of the total, to guarantee reservation, the deposit must be made within the margin of the deadline can be made through, interbank transfer, pay pal and deposit.
- Any change in the reservation 48 hours before, you will not receive a refund or credit.
- All reservations, changes and cancellations will be sent via mail.
- No refunds will be made or any type of credit will be issued in the case of departure
before the stipulated time in reserve.
- Reservations generated through Booking.com must be canceled directly by the guest.
- No refunds will be made and no credit will be issued due to bad weather, hurricanes, storms, including any inconvenience or complication that may arise due to the direct or indirect impact in the area.
- The Pata de Perro Hostel & Suites will not be responsible for any extra costs, evacuation or inconvenience that may arise from a storm or hurricane.
